StarTrainer

StarTrainer was a suite of tools created by Atlanta-based Simtrex that allowed for the creation of eLearning modules that tied into a call center’s internal phone system. In theory the product could accurately simulate the kinds of phone calls an employee would receive and the actions they should take to resolve the caller’s concern. I developed a number of training modules with their tool set until the effort was pretty much scrapped in favor of a strictly browser-based approach.
